How far is the airport?+
Roughly thirty-five minutes by private car along the coastal road under normal traffic, or fifty-five minutes if your chauffeur chooses the scenic inland route through the vineyards (we suggest this on arrival days when time is generous). By helicopter from the resort helipad, the trip takes twelve minutes door-to-door.
Can you host private events?+
Absolutely. Our two ballrooms, eight private dining rooms, beach pavilion and rotunda are available for exclusive hire, accommodating from eight to four hundred guests. Weddings and milestone celebrations are close to our hearts; our events director will prepare a proposal within forty-eight hours of your first enquiry.
What ages are admitted?+
Our estate welcomes adult guests aged 18 and over, consistent with our gaming licence and the spirit of the resort. Valid government-issued photo ID may be requested at check-in. Younger guests are welcome at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge will gladly arrange bookings and transfers between both estates.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days incur the first night's fee; no-shows are charged for the full stay. Suites and villas under our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We always suggest travel insurance.

When we opened in 1988 we had six rooms, a kitchen, and one principle: guests are not revenue units — they are people we have welcomed home. 38 years on we hold 160 keys, three restaurants and a casino floor — and that principle has not shifted.
There is a right way to do this work and a wrong one. Over 38 years we chose one and held to it. Every member of our team — from reception to the kitchen porters — was selected, trained and retained because they share the same instinct for what excellence looks like. No building can manufacture that on its own. It comes from people.
