1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree with them, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic ID on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where required; city tax and gratuities may be extra.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a reservation. Unless otherwise agreed, the full balance is settled on departure.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Cancellations inside fourteen days incur a charge for the first night; no-shows are billed for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest threatens staff or other guests, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and offered solely to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (copy, images, logos, design) belongs to Royalmountainhome or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property legislation.

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not accountable for the content or practices of those external sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are subject to the law of International. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
